I have seen this provider years ago, he had results to numerous.. about five MRI's and chose to ignore significant deficits and instead put me on a very high dose of an anti-convulsant. Years later I now have some permanent paralysis and doing a simple google search will show why these issues have effected me so. Also my sister Rhianon Huot left a 1 star review without details, I am sure that's because she was dying from stg 4 cancer that she was repeatedly told was "psychological" and she was treated horribly by staff in the office. As if she wanted pain meds. She died at 31 years old with only a finding of a bit of stenosis. She went to to see this Dr. for months and begged and pleaded with him and others. She died 11.23.13, a complete shock. And the medicine I was given made me extremely ill, the dose was way too high and he just kept refilling it. I would not see this doctor if he was the last one on earth and the staff do not have any kindness in their hearts.

Was not a pleasant visit. First visit was great. Second visit I guess was all about the dollar. In house staff made mistake with insurance. Said they couldn't paid was asked to leave. Doctor went ahead with examination left with no orders. Office staff called said no problem with insurance. Someone in office confused. Now I.can not get a return call.

Dr. Cook was GREAT, but my experience with the receptionist was unbearable, if you are not happy with working in the public, don't because you give this Dr office a BAD name!!! Had he NOT been the best in his specialty, we would have gone elsewhere.
Most of us are dealing with mental health issues from a loved one or a family member, to have this person be rude does NOT help one bit.
We are already beside ourself and we need some one with patience and understanding.

Called today (10/23/2013) to schedule an appointment for my father and the receptionist was extremely rude, with an angry tone, and spoke to me like I am an idiot. I informed her of her behavior and told her I would not be taking my father to her office. If the receptionist is that bad, I don't need to know anything else.
