I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

The receptionist/check in is shared among all the various doctors. You have to stand in line to check in. It wasn't very clearly marked.
