Does not introduce himself to a woman's husband let alone shake his hand. Makes excuses for his office staff's screwups, instead of stating it will never happen again, and I will look into it. Not proactive with regard to treatment and taking multiple streams of diagnostics at the same time. Very defensive is you question his methodology.
Very Poor doctor. I have had better veterinarians.

Well this was a terrible experience. I believed the good rating, but man was I surprised. I finally saw another physician today that I know well and he offered to make me a photo copy of the notes Dr. Kachadurian took. I was stunned to discover that he had taken offensive and incorrect notes. He made inaccurate claims about the nature of the visit. He changed the reason I had stated for the visit, and was completely incorrect. He even went so far as to claim that I was seeking medication; which I was not. Avoid this trip and find a Doctor that respects their patients instead of smile in their face and then slander the patient in the medical notes. Very disappointed, in the big picture he actually had a negative effect on my recovery. I considered filing a formal complaint, and will have to if his falsehoods interfere with my medical care in the future.

I was hoping to see a doctor or a nurse when I informed her that I was going through a relapse and needed assistance. The receptionist expressed no compassion for the emergency of the situation and wouldn't give me an appointment before 3 weeks (doctor works at 4 different locations). When seeing the doctor, he surprisingly asked why I didn't come to see him right away (duh!). A few weeks later, same situation, same answer: 3 weeks. During visits, no explanations from doc on medication, situation, no information, no compassion... Mc Donald Neurology should be the name of the office.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They really put in the extra effort to make me feel like a valued and important patient here. I have never seen a more welcoming and friendly office or doctor.
