My mother was in good hands, he was caring and honest about her condition. He educated us when other doctors failed to do so. He is very matter of fact and keeps the medical staff on their toes but its clear that he takes his practice seriously and always puts his patients first.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
