Dr. Reddington is a very good doctor. Explains things very carefully. Answers all questions. Very thorough.

I have been seeing Dr. Redington for a number of years and have reviewed him on other websites. He has always been kind, patient and happy to spend necessary time explaining lab results and answering questions. I had a question that had not received an adequate answer from my internal medicine doctor nor my heart doctor. It involved bruising around my ankle. He had what I consider a very plausible explanation.
When I call his office I get to speak to a human without a bunch of switchboard roulette and his staff is equally kind and eager to help me.

Very Professional. Both the staff and Dr. Reddington. The doctor answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the answers clearly. The have a new staff member who seemed new, but very nice. He stumbled I am gathering information at first but that should be expected. However the doctor himself was very professional and I would highly recommend Dr Reddingtons to anyone.

This doctor has very poor communication skills and did not even introduce himself to me when my mother was in the hospital. I introduced myself to him hoping he would then follow suit. He did not. I asked him if he was a doctor (he was wearing a black suit, so I thought he may have been a clergy member), and he said, "Yes, I'm the kiddy doctor." I took that to mean kidney doctor. (He did not say nephrologist. I have two master's degrees and I'm over 40, so he did not need to talk down to me.) When I tried asking questions about my mother's condition, he was very evasive and acted like he wanted to get out of the room right away. We deserve answers about our loved one, so I thought his behavior was very rude. He did not say, "I have to see another patient, if you can wait a few minutes, I'll come back and answer your questions." He did not volunteer to come back at all to address any questions or issues. I would not recommend this doctor based on his sub-par communication skills. My 5-year-old with Asperger's Syndrome has better communication skills than this doctor.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
