They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I will absolutely return. They were always very considerate and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. Dr. Dudek focuses on me as a patient and not on his computer as so many other physicians do today. He provides explanations that are understandable. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.
