This doctor might be a smart individual, however, he is greatly lacking in people skills and his ability to engage with the patient in a kind and courteous manner. When I accompanied my husband to his appointment, he never looked at my husband or asked him any questions, When I asked a question, he simply ignored me. I asked again and he simply ignored me. He seemed quite put out that we were there, even though this was a regular scheduled appointment at the doctor's recommendation. We left not gaining any knowledge of his current status, yet I am certain the doctor was well paid by the insurances. This is very discouraging. The NP is top notch and very thorough, however, for the amount of information she gathers, this doctor does not seem to read it or take any action to help the patient.
I think this doctor has become very comfortable with his self image and that is his first priority.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Not really, I was a little uneasy
