This provider did not listen to my concerns and had zero human empathy for my fear of procedure. When I did feel pain, she brushed it off with passive aggressive sarcasm. She was not helpful or informative. This is not the type of person to be a partner in healthcare. In my opinion, she shouldn’t be involved in healthcare in any way.
