All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Carol is very attentive and makes time even in her busy day for my needs. Being a mom herself helps her with insight to my issues.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Yes, they don't show favoritism

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
