I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The doctor is very knowledgeable and quite nice but his staff has to be the most rude bunch of insecure ladies in Hilo, they always seem to be in a bad mood, often disrespectful and don't care about patients at all. I've met so many people who have left this doctor because of his office staff!

Dr. Ebesugawa is the BEST O.B. ever. he delivered my 3 children and had no substitute. it is a long wait to see him but it is definately worth waiting for. he cares about your concerns and he does what is best for you at the time even if it has nothing to do with what you went there for. he promptly explains what he is doing at the time. definately hands down he is the best!

I have every confidence in this doctor and they make you feel very comfortable. There will be a *long* wait though but its worth it.

dr. ebesugawa is THE BEST doctor i have seen. he is caring, considerate and treats his patients with the utmost respect. he is AWESOME! I highly recommend him!
