They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
This is the worst Doctor i have ever been to dont even waist your time going there, He will not answer any of your questions and all his staff are fighting trying to get eachother fired it was crazy there is something really wrong with me i had to see another doctor and he is sending me for an ultrasound and blood but doctor cheung has a ultrasound i asked him to do it and he just keep saying no ur fine ur fine thats all he said....

I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Whenever I called I never got an answer. The doctor was very dismissive about my symptoms. He asked me if i wanted to just get the prescription or did I need an exam. When I asked for the exam he was very rude and showed he had no interest in performing an exam. Them weeks later I never heard from them and I'm still waiting considering that its a minor issue it should have been taken care of promptly. And by the way it didn't seem very sanitary and exam was not at all done properly. Someone should investigate.

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
