I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. i love her

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Dr Cooper Vaughn is a very nice lady who listens to what you have to say. I didn't feel like she was just brushing off my concerns like a lot of other doctors have in the past. The only thing that makes going to see her hard is the children policy but at the same time its a good thing.
