She didn't listen to me, was in a hurry and didn't want to answer my questions, didn't tell me all the options available, told me she was going to perform a "simple" procedure in her office, then scheduled two surgical procedures at a nearby hospital! At my follow-up visit after the surgery, she didn't even ask about pain, bleeding, etc. I definitely would not recommend her!

This doctor took over the practice of the one I was seeing. I was a scheduled repeat cesarean patient and I did not see this doctor for over a month before I went into labor, always her CNM. The night I did go into labor she had just come off of being on call. She told the hospital staff to give me trebutaline to stop my labor when I was over 38 weeks along but did not come in to evaluate me herself. It did not work and I was rushed into OR and delivered by the doctor on call who botched my cesarean and let me go out of OR still bleeding internally. Two hours in a second surgery with a second OB called in to assist. I survived. Margaret cooper-Vaughn lied to me with the rest of the staff and told me that I had hemorrhaged and that it was all my body's doing that I had almost died on the table. I lived, I'm grateful and I did not sue her or the hospital. But I would never recommend this lady. Sub-standard care.
