They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Dr. Petersen's Staff are the best. I look forward to every visit and really feel as though I am cared for on a personal level. They really take great care of me and answer any questions or concerns as well as give great advise. I really feel comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Thank you so much to all of Dr. Petersen's Staff.
