On my first visit this doctor did a pap, and during the duration of the 5 minute appointment, for which I waited over half an hour, she somehow managed to fit in asking my religion and also answering her cell phone (did not sound like an emergency). Should have learned my lesson. They do tend to have convenient appts and the admin staff seems nice enough so stayed on a little longer.

Over all I would stay away unless you really need to get into a gyno and can't find anything else more convenient. Doctor is too busy for her patients to demonstrate much bedside manner. Staff is either extremely unorganized or just don't care. I've left messages that were never returned, and had to ask for a birth control refill SEVERAL times before getting any response.

I can't believe I actually stayed on long enough with this office to put up with them. Eugh.

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They didn't seem to know much about my medical history or pre-existing conditions. I had to explain everything, which was very inconvenient. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
