They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Per my insurance my co-pay for general GYN is $20, but the doctor and the staff insisted that I should pay $40. After I asked my insurance to be called, co-pay of $20 was accepted. Because of that Dr. Beaver's exam was not complete and very quick, and I felt disrespected. She didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
The staff was initially friendly but both the nurse and doctor were very short and direct with me. The doctor also interrupted me several times when I was telling her about my history. It was nice that my appointment was fast and I wasn't waiting for any notable length of time but I certainly was not comforted.
The office was pretty average looking. The staff very cold and unprofessional. When the Dr spoke with me she didn't even close the door. She was very rude and made uncalled for comments like "ya we used to think grandma died of cancer but in fact she had an std" HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SHE WAS VERY ROUGH. I SHOULD HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE MEDICAL BOARD!! The Dr herself also violated hippa in the message details left for me. I don't trust her as a professional or human being.
