There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I enjoy all of my visits with Dr Chao, this being my first pregnancy, I couldn't be more happy with my pick in Dr. I definitely will be keeping her as my OB/GYN

I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. The only thing i dont like is that they are always booked. You cant get an appt for at least 30-60 days.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional.
