Dr. Chen Is a careless doctor. His office is always packed, so he doesn't spend enought time to talk, always in a hurry. when it comes to lab results they never call back to let you know if its good or bad. Wife is the manager and she is rude! Staff charged me the wrong price and they held me accountable for the staff's mistake. Threatend me with collections. Not a good doctor. I DO NOT RECOMEND!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
