I agree with the other reviewer. The WORST front office staff I have ever encountered. I have gone 3 plus times to this Dr. and always wait approximately an hour before seeing the Dr. Additionally, I had an abnormal situation for the first time which required an ultra sound as recommended by Dr. Mendoza. I have called 10+ times to speak to Dr. Mendoza and NO RETURN CALL. Additionally, It has been 9 days since the Ultra Sound (she received the results in 3 days) and NO FOLLOW UP to tell me the results, despite several calls. I had a front office staffer leave a message on a number (that I have told them several times to change as I am never there) saying that Dr. Mendoza would call me this week. I also found out a friend of mine I recommended to her a while ago changed doctors as she had the same experience. Paid extra to have some tests expedited and the office closed unable to give her the results. She could not get the Dr. to call her. While Dr. Mendoza is a nice woman, this type of dismissive behavior by a healthcare professional borders on malpractice, in my opinion. Also, she needs to FIRE the entire front staff!

Worst staff!!! I waited three weeks for an appointment with this doctor only to arrive and the office was closed. I called the office and the answering service said the office closes from 12-2, I thought to myself why did they give me an appointment at 1pm??? I came back at 2pm and was told by the two girls who sit up front they came back from lunch at 1pm BS... I arrived a few minutes early and waited until 1pm, I am a busy executive with no time to waste... she then went on to say I did not need to come early... from right there I knew I definitly did not want anything to do with such an awful practice.
