Very rude receptionist and manager / long time wait

Went in today to see this Doctor for the first time, it was by far one of the worst office visits I have ever experienced. Did not even get to go in and visit the doctor because I was blindsided by the RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and ENETHICAL front staff. After waiting an hour I was called to sign a form by the cashier who after I sign, asks me if that is my real signature. I responded by telling her yes and if she liked I can sign it over and over again just so she will know I am telling the truth. I am asked to go to the back, my vitals are checked and went as far to urinate in a cup and speak to a (friendly) nurse. After all this while I was asked to wait in the second waiting room and then the office manager calls me up to a window where the cashier is sitting and all the people in the waiting room are there too, and tells me that my insurance does not cover all the things that are wrong with me and that my last visit with another doctor had already preformed what was covered and if I wanted to see the doctor it would be $175 and if I was going to pay because of all things wrong that I had reported. Mind you, I am not using the specific detailed words that she used nor can I express her tone that was of the utmost humiliating and loud enough for everyone to hear. I tried to ask if we could go to another room because I wanted to explain my situation however she was to much for me and I wanted to leave ASAP. I asked to speak to someone else so I could report how she had no respect for privacy and had an aggressive verbal tone and demeanor but she told me "YOU CAN TALK TO ME", and of course I find it quite ridiculous reporting a person to the person whom you are reporting about. Needless to say, I left. Common courtesy could of taken care of this problem, human decency and lack of the "Golden Rule" are by far not what this office encompasses. I would like to end by reminding Dr. Blanco's office, although I have learned from personal experience to never ever go again, TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. (for the next person who goes in, be aware of the RUDENESS and LACK OF CONFIDENTIALITY)

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
