Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Dr. Morgan was very unpersonable. It was my first birth and I learned more info in books than from him. I didn't know what to expect and he did not inform me. Most of the time the nurse was there and not him.
