They made sure my questions I had were answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Bucy genuinely cares. As an OB specialist, she is often called out of the office to deliver a baby but she spends as much time as you need during your appointment, and I don't mind waiting a little bit of time to see her knowing just that. She will work late to make sure she sees all her patients. She covers all the bases of well-being; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, home, work. I truly believe my referral to her was sent through God. She is an angel in her field. I was truly impressed and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future and going to an OBgyn.

These Doctors at Midwest OB/GYN are HORRIBLE. Dr. Bucy and DR. Moeller, especially wouldn't listen to my concerns. They kept me sick with endometriosis for years, knowing that I would continue to have surgery after surgery, rather than performing one hysterectomy in order to stop all the pain that I was in. When Dr. Bucy DID finally listen, we agreed on a whole hysterectomy to be done, when I awoke from anestesia, I found out that she only did a partial and that I still had an ovary left. One year later, I needed another surgery to remove the cysts that formed ONCE AGAIN on that ovary. I finally went to another doctor. He told me that she should have performed the hysterectomy in the beginning of all of this and that she knew that by leaving the ovary/ovaries in, that there was a 90% chance that I would have to have another surgery in the future. I do not recommend this group AT ALL. They care more about their money than they do their patients, and they don't listen to patient's concerns.
