I am a 25 year old woman that has already been suffering from urinary incontinence problems. I was due for my yearly pap, so I decided to talk to Dr. Dalla Riva about it. He immediately wanted to put me on a medication for it without even looking further to see why someone my age would be suffering from this condition. After I told him that I did not want to be on medication without knowing what the issue was he agreed that I should do a bladder test. I showed up for the bladder test and the nurse had no idea what was going on. She apologized many times, but also said things like "I'm really sorry if this doesn't work" and she even went out into the hall and cried and then came back in and told me she had been crying.I was so uncomfortable. After I made it through that horror, they told me that they would refer me to a urolologist in the building and he would call me (which he never did). The billing lady is rude and messed up paperwork. I still may have to pay $1500 for that awful test! Every new person made it a more awful experience

They bombarded me with so much information that I left so confused and worried. I had to do my own research to get my questions answered. I am getting a second opinion and will probably switch completely if I like them.

I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
