Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, not really
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. De sweet is an awwwsome doctor. very polite very professional and always always listen to you.
