There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
