Dr. Nettey is the best. I have had many issues and he's always been attentive and thorough in addressing them. Excellent provider and I would never think of switching (unless my insurance no longer covered him).

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Ebenezer G Nettey, MD was very thorough and informative. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
