The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN that this is a great doctor, but be prepared for a long wait. I love the doctor, but if not for him, I would not visit this office because I am never seen at my scheduled appointment time. That is my only complaint, but being made to wait can be a deterrent for a lot of people.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
