They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
