Very inhumane n was nasty in behaviour, she treated me very rudely n i was in tears.. She was shouting .. Very rude n i was there for my pregnancy chk up to chk cervicl dialation n she hurt me bad .. Thts y i cried very careless n thts y i got hurt there. Her licence should b revoked .. I strongly request u to run n not take chance here ..

Normal office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Been trying to get in contact with the receptionist since 8:30 am and all I get is the stupid answering service where you cannot even leave a message to have someone call you back.

Perhaps Dr. Duque is more concerned with her pregnant patients than those with simple women's health and birth control needs. Or perhaps she really is that rude with all of her patients.

After coming to her to have my IUD adjusted because the strings were poking my boyfriend, she roughly prodded around and announced that it couldn't be fixed. With much pleading on my behalf, she put her gloves back on and went in for a second try, with no success. She doesn't know her way around birth control. She doesn't know her way around conversations with real people, either. I got not a moment of eye contact from her, not a drop of empathy, and no recognition that what I was going through could possibly be a real problem. I felt like she was trying to shame me for using birth control in the first place, which is a problem for someone in her field!

I also really don't want a follow-up postcard with a picture of a newborn baby on it. I come to you because that is exactly what I don't want. Hence the IUD.
