They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Dr. Brooks is very friendly and professional. Myself, my family and friends have had problems with the staff. The staff must have not been trained very well. Every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. They were not accomodating for emergency appointments and when arriving 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment (due to traffic from an auto accident); after a 30 mile travel to this office, my family member was told to leave and her appointment for that day was cancelled.
