They failed to knock before entering my exam room, choosing instead to peek their head in and see if I was ready. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I had to wait quite awhile. I was very disappointed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
