Dr. Ancona is an amazing doctor. He really makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything that's happening. You never feel rushed at appointments, and always feel like you have his full attention. He performed a c-section on me, and got my baby out quickly and safely and you can't even see a scar from the procedure. He's truly a doctor that cares about his patients.

I am a patient of Dr. Ancona. I have been to the office a many times and have always had a pleasant experience. I had to wait a little, but nothing more than other offices. I really didn't mind the wait at all because Dr. Ancona is such a wonderful doctor and really makes you feel like you're his only patient. You never feel rushed and always get your questions answered. What really compelled me to write this review is because I recently had an emergency and needed to come in to see him. As soon as I called the office the secretary was so understanding and extremely accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in. I barely had a wait, there were a couple of patients ahead of me. I knew that if I were to have gone to an emergency room I would've been there all day, but had a slight wait at Dr. Ancona's office. The staff was wonderful and they were so sympathetic.

I've been a patient of this doctor for just a couple of years. His staff is absolutely wonderful. I've seen them keep their cool with patients that I may have lost it on. They're always very helpful and will always squeeze you in for an appointment if you have an emergency. Even when there isn't an emergency they always have appointments available without a long wait. I recently had an emergency and they squeezed me in no problem. The wait was not long and I know had I gone to the emergency room I would've been there all day. The doctor is wonderful and never makes you feel rushed. He really makes you feel like you're his only patient and answers all your questions thoroughly and makes sure you understand what's going on. I would absolutely recommend this doctor to family and friends.

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. They were always very considerate and professional. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Dr. Ancona is very nice and detailed but if you have an emergency forget about seeing him because if you don't have an appt then you can't see him until he has seen every one of his patients who have appointments even though you have extreme pain from an ovarian cyst and feel dizzy they don't care not one bit! I was told if you don't like it then go to the emergency room which shows how much they care about their patients. His staff was absolutely horrendous. Stay away!
