My experience was identical to Jade's. Dr Dubin takes control to meet his own convenience and leaves you with the feeling that you're not capable of making decisions because you're emotional female. I found my own surgeon, oncologist and a new gyncologist.

They withheld important diagnostic information until it was convenient for them. Dx was breast cancer and they expected me to wait a week or as convenient for them. They first wanted to share the information with my husband, and then find a "breast buddy" for me to cry on and hold her hand. I did my own research to get my questions answered. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They had some nondescript music playing in the background. It was pretty quiet. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I found my own oncologist, radiologist, and surgeon and dropped Dr Dubin.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they were immaculate!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
