They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I have been going here for about 6 years and I am completely satisfied.

It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The staff could have definitely been more friendly. They didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

I was able to be seen after work when other clinics were already closed in the area. This is a private clinic that required two calls but ultimately I received care the same day I needed it. Phone # 310-398-3803
