Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens.
