Very poor communication. They take half days without notice and every Friday. She tends to be closed on Mondays and you usually have to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out then get a call telling you they need to reschedule you.
I have been trying to get a RX refilled for a week and everytime I call the office I get their answering service and they have yet to return the fax to the pharmacy.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

God forbid you EVER try to get in when you're ill! They were unconcerned when I called when my husband found a testicular lump. I was very upset considering he has a history of serious tumors and they wouldn't even squeeze him in. They said it was their "short" day and they were leaving early. I visited Dr. Sekhon to tell her my concerns and that I was going to see another doctor because of it. All she did was make up excuses and never apologized. It was unreal. I told her at some point patients have to actually become important, but it just seems they're not to her. God forbid she stay 5 minutes late on her "short" day......

Not to mention when I went to my physical a few months ago, she didn't even listen to my heart?!? What type of Doctor doesn't listen to your heart in a physical??? I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate and have concern for their patients.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
