I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
