They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Dr. Yankey's staff is pretty awful...BUT, I leave after every visit thinking, "Now THAT'S WHY I STAY!" Dr. Yankey is the BEST. She always remembers me by name, she knows my family members which truly helps when a lot of my health problems have been genetic. She is so sweet and caring, but could brush up on the scheduling staff :(

DOES NOT HAVE DOCTOR CALL ME IF I FEEL I NEED TO ASK A URGENT QUESTION1 I WAIT DAYS FOR ANSWER AND THEN CALL BACK AND STILL GET IGNORED! I AM TREATED BAD BY A COUPLE OF HER NURSES. I NEVER GET SEEN IF IM IN PAIN CRAMPING OR STREP OR ANYTHING URGENT , SHE SHIPS ME TO ER OR URGENT CARE.. I HAVE HEART MVP, I HAVE CURED A FEW THINGS NATURALLY OVER THE YRS MYSELF,ACCORDING TO PAST AND FUTURE X RAYS.. I LIKE DR YANKEE BUT HER STAFF IS RUDE. AND I THINK THE CORE OF IT IS BECAUSE ITS BEST FOR HER NOT TO BE BOTHERED. AND I THINK THEY NEED TO WORK ON HOSPITALITY ISSUES,,,, JUST TODAY I WAS SENT TO THE LAB,, THEN THE LAB SENT ME OUT SAYING NO THEY DONT DO CULTURES,,THAT WAS MY GAS ! MY TIME THEY WASTED! THERE MISTAKE IN YANKEES OFFICE! YES PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED MISTAKES BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN I SHOULD PAY THE CO PAY IF THEY WASTED 15 DOLARS OF MY GAS MONEY! AND THEN THE NURSE HAD ALREADY HAD ON HER GLOVES WHEN I WALKED IN!! WHAT WAS I THINKING,,,GROSS! I TOLD HER NO! PLEASE PUT NEW GLOVES ON INFRONT OF ME!! NEVER EVER JUST ALREADY HAVE SOME ON WHILE PEOPLE WALK IN THATS NOT RIGHT,, SHE TOLD THE OTHER NURSE SHE CANT DEAL WITH ME THAT MY HEADS NOT RIGHT! I WAS ABOUT TO POP HER IN THE LIP, BUT I SAID I HEARD YOU,, I AM NOT A TEENAGER MISSY I AM 45 AND I HAD MY SHARE OF NURSING AND YOU NEVER HAVE YOUR GLOVES ON WHEN A PERSON WALKS IN,,YOU PUT A FRESH PAIR ON!!! WHEN AM I GONNA SEE DR YANKEE NOT TIL MONDAY,, AND I MAY HAVE STREP.. I ASKED THEM TO DO MY STREP WHILE THEY DID THE MRSA SWAB,,THEY SAID NO CAN DO.. MAYBE THATS TRUE HOW WOULD I KNOW AFTER ALL MY HEADS NOT RIGHT!!! GRRRR
