HORRIBLE doctor i explained my issues to her and all i got was ehh "i think" "i dont know" . Seriously , waste of time .The doctor i work for diagnosed me in seconds, told me what the issue was and reccomended me to a better doctor. I now have to pay a couple of hundreds for a visit that was POINTLESS .

I had a very bad experience there. My suggestion is Never EVER GO THERE! She tried her best to get more money and claimed everything she could on your insurance. I paid hundreds bucks for a routine check. Although I give her half star, what I really want to give is NO STAR.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Xu for several years. She is thorough and takes time to discuss my care with me. Dr. Xu is a no-nonsense kind of physician, which I appreciate. I don't need to be coddled, I need to discuss my medical issues and go home. This practice is located right off the main road in Gaithersburg, (Rt 355). They have a busy multi-ethnic office so sometimes, yes, you have to wait a little. But I have always felt that every time I get seen, my medical issues are cared for. I am posting this review because I feel the current one does not reflect all aspects. Be a proactive patient and take a stand in your medical care. Agree to care you trust, refuse the care you don't. That is my opinion.

Don't go to this doctor! She runs every test she possibly can just to get more money out of you and your insurance. I waited for an hour just to get in. I just wanted her to check out a small lump on my leg, which turned out to be nothing, but I had to go to another doctor to find that out because she couldn't answer that question. Instead she ran every test she possibly could even though there was no need, seeing as I had no symptoms of problems and am a healthy 29 year old. She even ran an EKG for no apparent reason. She claimed all of this would be included as a yearly physical, but that's not how she billed it to insurance, which resulted in me having to pay a lot of money out of pocket for unneeded tests. All my tests came back perfect, as I assumed they would. Instead of letting me know over the phone, I was forced to come back, wait in the lobby for 45 minutes, then wait in the next room for another half hour before she briefly explained that everything was fine. She was far less interested in the problem I was concerned with than she was with running all the tests she could.

The office looks cheap and pretty much like a free clinic. The spelling and grammar in the signs all over the office is so bad that I had very little confidence in anyone working there. This should be a professional facility.

The facility is difficult to find and out of the way.
