I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
