First time I called for a physical they said system was down and they would call me back - they never did. After a recent visit I was told to call in a couple of days for lab results. I called but the offices were closed. Two offices with different, limited hours makes it difficult to remember when to call & where. Called the next day had to wait for PA to call me back. PA called back and had to get my info in order to tell me the lab hadn't sent resutls yet, she would call back - never did. Called both offices the next day - closed. Once again missed the split open times. I'm fed up.
