I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

I have been gong to Dr. Granite for over 3 years. The staff is poilte and professional. The doctor was willing to sit and actually talk to me about what was bothering me. I have recommended family and freinds to this proactice

I was able to relax during my appointment here. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away. Dr. Granite is excellent!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
