I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. The doctor has no idea about how his staff is unfriendly, rude and lies. When confronted the doctor about my experience he had no idea they didn't pass my request to him. This is his office and he needs to get control of the front. What made me leave is although he admitted that the office staff was wrong he never apoligize for their behavior or gave me assurance it would never happen again. After 15 years, I will not return ever again.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
