I am new to MD and carefully chose Dr. Finkelston due to the ratings and information I found on sites like this. I called and made a first appt and dutifully waited the 2 months needed to get in. Day came and I was called at 7:15 am to be canceled. The doctor was ill which is understandable. What wasn't okay was the fact that she felt no need to follow through to get me in. When I called to rescheduled I was told I needed to wait yet another month and a half to 2 months to get in. Given that she canceled, I shared my concern that I have some health issues that require meds - which the prescriptions would run out on - again. This seemed irresponsible and inconsiderate on her and her office's behalf. Tacky to say the least. The fact that I was told when I called to redo the appoint that they would get back to me and I had to call yet again to find out that they couldn't/wouldn't do anything was very disappointing. What would happen if I really needed them? This may be a blessing in disguise! I am going elsewhere.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They are great and I think more people should know about them. The staff is always polite and helpful. I have always been seen promptly and when needed they will work me in if I an unexpected illness and need an appointment that day. I am impressed by the health care my entire family receives. Their customer service is excellent.
