I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Dr. Horton explained all the risks and benefits of my daughter's treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was very comfortable the entire time. When I called she answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. She is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. If it were not for Dr. Horton, my daughter could have lost her sight. Where other doctor's made excuses, she preferred to look for and provide answers.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I felt that the office was well managed and they did their best to answer my questions. She also offered to treat me for women's conditions even though I was looking for gyn because at the time it was a routine exam. She let me know this was a cheaper alternative which I didn't know at the time. Overall the practice is well run and Dr. Horton knows her stuff.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
