I love Dr Griffin, she is always very nice and professional. My last experience with the office staff though was not a good one. I was given wrong information about my health from one of the front desk people...which in general i believe is not in their job description.....I was in such shock and stress for an hour, until i got a follow up call from another office person, giving me different(good) information about my test rsults......
in my opinion non medical staff should give or express any opinion about patient;s health-that is the doctor's job.!!!!
