I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

Dr. Hawkins never really listens to what I have to say, he just wants to get in and out. He just thinks he can prescribe me some medicine that doesn't work and call it good. His nurse is rude and uncaring. She was very very unprofessional to me when I came to my first visit. I just had an appointment this morning and they didn't even wait for my test results to come in, they just said oh we think its negative. I know what's wrong with me and I know how I feel, but they can't take the time to listen and figure it out. I am never referring him to any family and or friends. He is not a good doctor, and his nurse is not a good nurse. I am currently finding a doctor that will take the time to listen and explain to me what he is prescribing or what is wrong with me. DO NOT CHOOSE HIM AS A PCP!!

Dr Hawkins always seems to be looking at his watch when I meet with him, and his primary approach is always to mask my symptoms with pills. I will be looking for a different provider.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
