Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. If you are asked to leave a message, foget about a return call. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. I did not feel very welcome. There was quite a bit of turnover in staff during the years that this was my doctor - each change was usually for the worse. Nurses assistants that can't find a vein. A computer system that never works. Referral to the local Snoqualmie Hospital for any type of procedure (definitely not someplace you'd want to go if you had a choice). Even the best of insurance doesn't seem to cover all the costs of appointments and exams. Strange choices of prescribed medicines when compared to second opinions from other doctors. It was an odd experience and one that should have never gone on as long as I allowed it to. I don't know anyone who's stayed on as a patient for more than a couple of years - even the person who originally referred me to this doctor.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
