Where do I start. The only reason I continue to go here is cause my parents have dragged me to this guy my whole life and I dont wanna transfer cause I am lazy. Having said that Dr Hansen is an arse. He is rude and inconsiderate. The PA is better than the DR. DONT even bother calling the office cause they never answer. Its hard to make an appointment. Refilling a prescription is darn near impossible, and they charge you to refill your script, and the prescription, so you pay twice. You wait a long time to get in and they take a 2-2 1/2 hr lunch so plan ahead.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. I have had to wait almost two hours on multiple occassions, not because busy with patients, but rather drug reps.They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.When I called to follow up on referrals, I have had my head bit off for pestering them. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They allow an office administrator (without any medical association such as nurse, PA) determine a patients pain level and how they should take their pains regardless of how the physician prescribed it. And if the Doctor or his affiliates make an error, well you can bet it becomes the patients fault. Seeking a new doctor after 38 years of this inompetance behavior that just keeps getting worse. They call themselves Christians, but neglect to behave in a Christ like manner.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
