Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They never update their equipment. I was scared something was going to break. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort.
